Using devices<\/h1><p data-start=\"3696\" data-end=\"3847\">4.1. Within the framework of the selected Tariff, the User may be given the opportunity to use the Service on a certain number of devices simultaneously.<\/p><p data-start=\"3849\" data-end=\"3952\">4.2. The specified number of devices is the maximum connection limit provided for in the Tariff.<\/p><p data-start=\"3954\" data-end=\"4149\">4.3. Non-use of some of the available connections (devices)by the User <strong data-start=\"4029\" data-end=\"4148\">this is not a reason to recalculate the Subscription price, refund money, or provide compensation<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"4151\" data-end=\"4254\">4.4. The User independently determines the number of devices on which the Service will be used.<\/p><p data-start=\"4256\" data-end=\"4371\">4.5. The Copyright Holder has the right to use technical means to control the number of simultaneously connected devices.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4373\" data-end=\"4376\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"exgdwq\" data-start=\"4378\" data-end=\"4399\">5. Service Description<\/h1><p data-start=\"4401\" data-end=\"4489\">5.1. The Service is a software tool for configuring a network connection.<\/p><p data-start=\"4491\" data-end=\"4539\">5.2. The Copyright Holder provides the User with:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4541\" data-end=\"4629\"><li data-section-id=\"1pge0ke\" data-start=\"4541\" data-end=\"4566\"><p data-start=\"4543\" data-end=\"4566\">software interface<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"ite5eu\" data-start=\"4567\" data-end=\"4604\"><p data-start=\"4569\" data-end=\"4604\">technical parameters of the connection<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"dlpmo6\" data-start=\"4605\" data-end=\"4629\"><p data-start=\"4607\" data-end=\"4629\">managing your subscription<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4631\" data-end=\"4668\">5.3. The Copyright holder does not control:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4670\" data-end=\"4809\"><li data-section-id=\"1x61ruw\" data-start=\"4670\" data-end=\"4706\"><p data-start=\"4672\" data-end=\"4706\">the User's Internet Service Provider<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"l82mtu\" data-start=\"4707\" data-end=\"4742\"><p data-start=\"4709\" data-end=\"4742\">platform restrictions<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"19vvhvf\" data-start=\"4743\" data-end=\"4779\"><p data-start=\"4745\" data-end=\"4779\">actions of state bodies<\/p><\/li><li data-section-id=\"12s4t3\" data-start=\"4780\" data-end=\"4809\"><p data-start=\"4782\" data-end=\"4809\">operation of third-party servers<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"4811\" data-end=\"4814\" \/><h1 data-section-id=\"19ycv93\" data-start=\"4816\" data-end=\"4847\">6. Refunds and termination of use<\/h1><p data-start=\"6568\" data-end=\"6640\">9.1. The User has the right to stop using the Service at any time.<\/p><p data-start=\"6642\" data-end=\"6772\">9.2. Paid funds are not refundable after subscription activation, except in cases stipulated by law.<\/p><p data-start=\"6774\" data-end=\"6869\">9.3.
