This Refund Policy regulates the procedure for returning funds to service users NNEO VPNmanaged by the company NNEO NETWORKS LLC FZ.
Using the site https://nneov.com or a Telegram bot https://t.me/NNEOVPN_BOT, the user agrees to the terms of this policy.
1. General provisions
1.1. Payment for a subscription to the service NNEO VPN it is the payment of a license fee for providing access to the software service.
1.2. After activation of the subscription, the right to use the service is considered granted.
1.3. The fact of activation of access means fulfillment of obligations on the part of the Copyright Holder.
2. Terms of Return
The User can request a refund if the following conditions are met:
the request was sent within 24 hours after payment
user didn't use the service actively
amount of transmitted traffic does not exceed 1 GB
If these conditions are met, the company can make a refund.
3. Using devices
3.1. Within the framework of the selected service rate NNEO VPN it can be used on a certain number of devices at the same time.
3.2. The specified number of devices is maximum connection limitprovided by the tariff.
3.3. Non-use by the User of some of the available connections (devices) provided for in the tariff, this is not a reason for a refund, recalculation of the subscription price, or provision of compensation..
3.4. The User independently determines the number of devices on which the service will be used, within the limit set by the tariff.
4. Cases when no refund is made
No refund will be made in the following cases::
passed more than 24 hours from the moment of payment
user actively used the service
traffic exceeded the set limit
user violated the terms of use of the service
access to the service was granted and was functioning correctly
5. Payment systems
Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, if this is technically possible.
The refund period may depend on the user's payment system or bank.
6. Cryptocurrency payments
Payments made using cryptocurrency, non-refundable, since such operations are irreversible.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer compensation in the form of a subscription renewal.
7. Technical issues
If the user is unable to use the service due to a technical problem on the side NNEO VPN, the company can:

renew your subscription
offer partial or full refund

8. Misuse of refunds
